Cancellation & booking policy

Cancellation: Under 12 hours notice = 4-hour minimum charge at the applicable rate.
Minimum booking: 6 hours on all shifts.
Payment: 7-day bank transfer terms from invoice date. Invoices issued three times monthly (10th, 20th and 1st). Late payment may result in suspension of services.
